Return and Refund Policy

Return for credit within 14 days if unopened/undamaged. A 25% return fee will apply & shipping costs are non-refundable. Refusal or failure to claim a package held for pick-up will result in cancelation per the Terms of this agreement. All fees will be deducted before credit is issued to original payment method & can take 3 weeks to process.

Charges will appear as Massive Dyanmics, LLC

Products are warranted from defects for 30 days. Email to confirm if you have a warranty issue before a replacement can be authorized.
